2013-2015 Strategic Plan
The 2013-2015 Strategic Plan identified five pillars or areas of work informed by both our goals as an organisation and our alignment and role in the NSW HIV Strategy 2012-2015 A NEW ERA.
2013-14 Business Plan
Each year, Positive Life NSW develops a business plan, in consulation with the staff responsible for carrying out the work, that we intend to complete in this financial year. It is informed in part by our Strategic Plan and our Funding and Performance Agreement. At the end of each financial year, we report against the performance measures developed and approved as part of our Funding and Performance Agreement with NSW Health.
