Board Directors of Positive Life NSW govern the agency and their primary role is to set and monitor the organisation’s strategic direction and budget. They also work as advocates on HIV policy and this includes issues from discrimination and housing to treatment access and hospital care.

Positive Life NSW Constitution
The new Positive Life NSW Constitution was approved on 5 December 2016, as adopted by the membership at a Special General Meeting (SGM) held that same day.
