 The Board of Positive Life NSW works as advocates on HIV policy. This includes issues from discrimination and housing to treatment access and hospital care. The new Positive Life NSW Constitution was drafted in 2010 and adopted by the membership at an SGM on 23 June, 2011. An amendment was made at the 2012 AGM.

Annual General Meeting Wednesday 28 November 2012

The Positive Life NSW Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Wednesday 28 November 2012 at L3, 414 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills, Sydney.

As there was the same number or less than nominations for the Board, a Board election was not held. We conducted postal voting for a Special Resolution for a Constitutional Change as outlined in the document below "PL Special Resolution for Constitutional Change 2012". The Returning Officer’s report of the results of the election and the appointment of the new Positive Life NSW Board was read by the Chair at the AGM and accordingly the new board was appointed as listed above and the resolution was passed.
