Business Plan
Each year, Positive Life NSW develops a business plan that is informed in part by our Strategic Plan and our Funding and Performance Agreement. It is created in consulation with the staff responsible for carrying out the work.
The 2012-2013 Business Plan outlines the work that we intend to complete in this financial year.
At the end of each financial year, we report against the performance measures developed and approved as part of our Funding and Performance Agreement with NSW Health. Our Annual Program Report allows the department to get a clear impression of we how we have performed.
