The Positive Life NSW Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held 6.00-8.00pm on Thursday, 11 February 2010. This is to address the motion voted on by the members at last years AGM and to also hold the election of the President and two Ordinary Director’s.

The meeting is to be held from 6 – 8:00pm Thursday 11th February 2010 in the Lounge Bar, first floor, of the Colombian Hotel, 117 Oxford Street (Cnr of Oxford and Crown Streets) Surry Hills. Lift access available.

The completed proxy forms must be received (by mail, fax or delivered) at Positive Life NSW by close of business (5pm) Wednesday 10th February 2010.
