NDIS, HIV and You is a peer led project to develop awareness about the NDIS and its relevance to people living with HIV (PLHIV).  The NDIS will offer funding to people with HIV who are eligible to maintain control over your life and help you live the way you choose.

The following four sessions are for people living with HIV who want to find out more about the NDIS and what it may mean for you. Each session will address different aspects of the NDIS.
When: 6pm – 8pm
Where: Level 3, 414 Elizabeth Street Surry Hills NSW

Session 1 - Thursday 8 September
The NDIS is huge.  What is the NDIS? Why do we have the NDIS?

Session 2 - Thursday 6 October
The NDIS-a tree with many branches. The nuts and bolts of the NDIS

Session 3 - Thursday 10 November
This NDIS-is ongoing and and life-long. How to develop your plan.

Session 4 - Thursday 8 December
The NDIS-up close and personal. Who can support you with the NDIS.

Please note these sessions target people living with HIV rather than service providers. PWDA is looking at running a separate session for service providers sometime in October.
