Booking Procedure
- To make a booking complete our online booking enquiry or discuss your requirements with the PSB Project Officer:

Email: psb@positivelife.org.au - The PSB Project Officer will mail or fax a Booking Form for you to complete and return.
- On receipt of the Booking Form, the booking will be confirmed by mail or fax and speaker(s) will be allocated and given your contact details.
- On completion of the talk the speaker's fee is paid by invoice.
Engagement Fees (GST excluded)
- Booking Fee = $40 per engagement (retained if one weeks notice not given on cancellation)
- Speaking Fee = $80 per one hour talk
- Travel = $20 metro area, $30 outer metro area, $0.53 per/km rural areas
PLEASE NOTE: Where applicable, accommodation, food and miscellaneous expenses (such as child care) are the client's responsibility and subject to negotiation.
* The PSB is dedicated to addressing the widest audience possible. Fees are negotiated where financial constraints would limit your access to the service.
