Positive Conversations online meetings are open to all people living with HIV across NSW, hosted and facilitated by a peer living with HIV from Positive Life. People living with HIV from rural and regional settings are especially welcome!

This session: The latest about HIV medication and weight

This session we’ll have a discussion around the latest understanding of the link between our HIV medications (anti-retroviral treatment) and weight.

We’ll discuss recent research including the ADVANCE study, the RESPOND trial, guidelines and recommendations from the European AIDS Clinical Society (EACS), the World Health Organisation (WHO), the International AIDS Society (IAS), as well as the lived experience of people who have been on HIV medications for a long time.
